Terms of Service

1. Ordering & Floral Availability

Each arrangement is handcrafted uniquely for your order. Because floral stems are seasonal and subject to market availability, slight substitutions of flower varieties or foliage of equal or greater beauty and value may occasionally be required while maintaining the chosen colour palette and style.

2. Delivery Protocols

We deliver across County Durham (free to DH6 and DH1 postcodes, and for an additional fee across the rest of County Durham). We do not deliver outside County Durham, but studio collection is always available. If the recipient is unavailable at delivery, flowers will be left in a safe sheltered location or with a direct neighbour, with a calling card posted through the door.

3. Funeral Tributes

Funeral casket sprays are delivered directly to the designated funeral director’s premises on the morning of the service. Customers are responsible for providing accurate service times and funeral director branch addresses.
